New and experienced meditators are welcome!
Saturday 9-10:15 am | Thursday 7-8:30 pm
You will find us to be a friendly and easy-going group. Come join us!
Meetings begin promptly at the start time.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find a seat and settle in.
Saturday morning begins with 30 minutes of meditation practice. Then one of our members gives a short presentation on a Buddhist or meditation topic, followed by discussion. See our calendar for a detailed schedule. Afterwards we get together for coffee, conversation and connection.
Thursday evening offers a more intimate exploration of meditation, presence and interpersonal connection.
Both meetings are open to the public.
We provide chairs, cushions, mats and blankets to use, or feel free to bring your own. If you would like some brief meditation instruction before the meeting starts, let the greeter know and we'll be happy to help you out.
